2. Description of the Service

Tapedit Studio is an online video editing and visualization platform that allows users to create, edit, modify, and export video content using uploaded media or integrated third-party stock media.

Tapedit Studio is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate and complete information (including email, first name, and last name)
• keep your account information up to date
• maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Tapedit Studio offers:

• a Free plan with limited features
• a Pro plan, available via monthly or yearly subscription, with extended features and capabilities

Feature availability may vary depending on the selected plan and may change over time.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.

By subscribing, you authorize Tapedit Studio (or its payment provider) to:

• charge the applicable subscription fees
• automatically renew your subscription unless canceled

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• the media you upload, edit, or export
• ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such media
• the final use and distribution of exported content

Tapedit Studio does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that exported content is legally compliant for any specific use.

7. Use of Third-Party Stock Media (Pexels & Pixabay)

Tapedit Studio provides access to stock media from third-party providers such as Pexels and Pixabay.

By using this content, you acknowledge that:

• Tapedit Studio does not own or license the stock media
• you must comply with the licensing terms of the original providers
• Tapedit Studio does not guarantee the existence of model or property releases

Use of third-party stock media is at your own risk.

8. Content Featuring Recognizable Individuals

Some stock media may include recognizable individuals.

You acknowledge that:

• "royalty-free" does not mean "free of personality or image rights"
• certain uses (including advertising, political, medical, or financial contexts) may require additional permissions
• you are solely responsible for ensuring lawful use of such content

Tapedit Studio shall not be liable for claims related to the depiction of identifiable individuals.

9. Media Modification Requirement

To comply with third-party stock media guidelines, Tapedit Studio requires that any exported video using stock media includes at least one modification, such as:

• visual effects
• filters
• transitions
• speed or timing changes

Exporting unmodified stock media is not permitted.

10. Attribution

Attribution for Pexels and Pixabay content is not legally required but is strongly encouraged.

Tapedit Studio provides attribution information as a convenience only. Failure to credit creators does not create liability for Tapedit Studio.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service or exported content for:

• unlawful activities
• misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• political advertising
• medical, health, or financial claims
• impersonation or deepfake creation
• suggesting endorsement by individuals appearing in stock media

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

Tapedit Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, and branding.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and create, subject to third-party media licenses.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapedit Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• use of the Service
• subscription fees
• exported content
• third-party stock media

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling your account or subscription.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated via email or within the platform. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
